ToolTip Manager is a simple graphical user interface allowing you to modify OS X Tooltips display delay.
The new delay is in force at next launch of each application.
With Tiger 10.4 the delay modification doesn't affect iTunes nor Finder tooltips behaviour.
With Leopard 10.5 the delay modification doesn't affect iTunes nor Finder tooltips behaviour.
With Snow Leopard 10.6 the delay modification doesn't affect iTunes tooltips behaviour.
